Soul Fitness is a boutique fitness studio in Providence, Utah offering instructor-led group fitness and reformer Pilates in a supportive, welcoming environment designed to help real people become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

First time at Soul Fitness? You are in the right place.
- Arrive about 5 minutes before class
- Check in on the iPad at the front desk
- Place personal items in a cubby
- Head to your designated workout room
- Wear comfortable workout clothes
- Bring water and an optional sweat towel
- For Pilates Reformer classes, grip socks are required (available for purchase at front desk)

Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. Classes are designed for all fitness levels, and instructors offer options so you can move at your own pace.
Which class should I try first?
Both group fitness and reformer Pilates are great places to start. Many first-timers choose based on schedule or personal preference.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes for studio and cycling classes. Grip socks are recommended for reformer Pilates. Grip socks can be purchased at the front desk.
How long are classes?
Most classes are approximately 55 minutes.
Do you provide equipment?
Yes. All necessary equipment and instruction are provided.
Is kids care available?
Yes. On-site kids care is available during select class times.
Are there contracts or fees?
No long-term contracts, no registration fees, and no cancellation fees.
Can I try a class before committing?
Yes. Visit our pricing page to see trial and introductory options.
How do I cancel a class?
Classes can be canceled through your member account or app. Please refer to our cancellation policy for timing guidelines.
