Marianne Dixon

Hi I’m Marianne! I’ve had a love for fitness all of my life. Early on I developed a passion for competitive team sports and endurance races, competing in many marathons and triathlons. Group fitness was introduced to me at a young age and it has a place in my heart that strikes passion. I graduated with a degree in Secondary Health Education and have been instructing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) since 2011, HIGH since 2016 & Les Mills RPM since 2021. I have been certified as a Primary Group Instructor through AFAA and a Transformational Nutrition Coach. I have found that exercising not only strengthens the body, but also the mind and the spirit. I live life with the belief that being fit is about having fun while striving to be stronger than you were yesterday. My passion for exercise has also let me gain new friendships throughout the community!

Lindsey Bullock

Hi I’m Lindsey! I fell in love with health and fitness after having my first baby. It became a space to mentally unwind, connect with friends and push myself physically. The only factor that has been missing is a true dance class to really let go and get lost in the choreography. Introducing, BODYJAM!! Come try a class with me! 

Amber Cox

Hi I’m Amber Cox! I’m a wife and mom to 5 kids, 3 boys and 2 girls. I enjoy being active and spending time with family!
I’ve had a passion for fitness most of my life and started attending group fitness classes at a young age. Working out has always been something that I look forward to and love the way it makes you feel physically and mentally. I love teaching group fitness and find complete joy being surrounded by people who push themselves outside their comfort zone and do something that they think they couldn’t. You will mainly find me teaching HIGH, RPM, Cardio Fuse, and Circuit but I’m always up for mixing it up and filling in for other classes when needed!

Mandy McCullough

Hi, I’m Mandy McCullough. I’ve been teaching H⚡️GH and loved it so much that I decided to get certified to teach PiYo. I also love to teach LesMills BodyPump.  I love teaching and seeing people get excited about exercising, taking care of themselves and feeling good!!
I am a wife and a mom to 3 great kids and 1 cute dog. I love to sing (surprise, surprise) read ALL books, travel, garden, and love design and fashion. I have loved teaching SO much and especially getting to know a lot of new people who will be forever friends!

Maryn Lindley

I’m married to my high school sweetheart and have two sons, Gray and Wilde. I love shopping, being in the sunshine and trying new things. I have spent several years teaching/choreographing for studio dance. I have recently become very passionate about group fitness here at Soul and love this community! I teach Cardio Fuse and Hyperstep!

Lindsay Campbell

Hi, I’m Lindsay Campbell.  I live in providence with my husband Lance and our four kids, 3 boys and one little girl.
I have always loved being physically active. I attended Mountain Crest High School where I ran track and cross country.  My love for running grew after having kids and still enjoy it today! After high school I went on to earn my degree in Exercise Science from USU. Now that my kids are older, I look forward to using my knowledge to help others reach their fitness goals. I am a certified HIGH fitness instructor and absolutely love it! It is such a great full body workout that leaves me feeling happy and ready to face the rest of my day. The friendships and connections I have made in Surge Fit classes have also benefited my overall wellness.

Emily Rigby

I grew up in Salt Lake City, then lived all over the country while my husband went to med school. We’ve been back in cache valley for 11 years. I started teaching group fitness in 2016! And am a certified Group Fitness Instructor, and a Women’s Fitness Specialist (new!) through NASM and a certified REFIT instructor. I teach Kickboxing, CardioTone, and Refit. I got into fitness when I was a young mom with little kids and I needed a creative, social and physical outlet. I loved it so much I decided to start sharing that love with other people.

Brenda Lott

Started teaching fitness classes in 2021. I currently teach spin and cross training class (cardio and weights mixed).
I’ve had a passion for fitness and health for years, but it’s a new obsession that I want to help others in their health and fitness journey. I have the desire to give amazing transformations for clients! And find joy in movement, exercise and learn that food is not the enemy!

Ronda Buchmiller

A love for fitness, and the beauty and power of asana led me to my first yoga class in 2015.  After one year of practicing, I made the decision to complete a 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification.   I have been teaching ever since then and have had the pleasure of teaching students of all ages, levels, and abilities including student athletes, private groups, studio classes, and teaching in the corporate business.
My practice has helped me build strength, flexibility, and confidence, both on and off the mat. It has helped me to develop more gratitude toward myself and the world around me.  It has given me tools to overcome physical, mental, and emotional challenges. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. I love sharing the gift of yoga with others.
I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and spirit through yoga practice, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, balanced, and empowered.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family, road and trail running, hiking, traveling, and I am always up for an adventure!

JANA GARRETT

Jana radiates an unmistakable passion for health and fitness that resonates throughout her classes. Her infectious energy and relatable “girl next door” vibe create an atmosphere where you will feel empowered to embrace imperfections and learn from mistakes, just as she has done for herself. With 18 years of experience in group fitness instruction, Jana’s expertise spans a diverse range of formats, including barre, yoga, HIIT, and dance fitness. She holds certifications from AFAA as a group fitness instructor and ACE as a health coach, as well as many other certifications demonstrating her commitment to maintaining professional standards. Jana’s educational background includes a BS in Kinesiology with a minor in Dance from Idaho State University. She firmly believes that small changes can lead to big results. Jana just moved to Cache Valley from Arizona with her 3 kids and has already felt like Cache Valley is home.

Conna Ripplinger

I teach contemporary Pilates and am certified through Pilates Instructor Academy. I got into Pilates as a teenager, and fell in love with it because of the flexibility and mobility it gave me. I absolutely love watching my clients improve and benefit from strengthening their core and their deep, stabilizing muscles. It’s music to my ears when they tell me it’s helped them with their other fitness goals, or especially when it’s helped them heal from injuries or pregnancy. I am a Cache Valley native and lucky wife and mother of three. I am definitely happiest when my little family is together. We love hiking, camping, playing board games, and cuddling up for an old movie.

Taylor Call

Hi I’m Taylor Call! I have been teaching group fitness since 2017! I fell in love with group fitness after searching for a new way to move my body & exercise after finishing my gymnastics career of 18 years! I taught High Fitness for 5 years before focusing on Cardio Fuse & Weights classes! I love group fitness because it is for anyone and everyone! My goal is to make YOU feel comfortable & have a great time at your own level! I am a mom to 2 little boys, Krew & Rowen! I love to find new ways to get out of my comfort zone & learn new things! Anywhere with warm sunny weather is my happy place. You can always count me in for a warm vacation!

Michelle Premer

My name is Michelle Premer and I am one of the newest group fitness instructor here at Soul Fitness! I teach the Rhythm Ride cycle class, as well as HIIT and Cross Training. I’ve been a group fitness instructor for three years now, and started my journey getting certified as a spin instructor at Starcycle in Camas, WA. Many years ago I received my Bachelor’s in Health and Wellness, but never pursued a career from it. After having two beautiful kids, I was determined to get back into the swing of exercise and nutrition and was so grateful to find community fitness! Recently I became certified as a Nutrition Coach and look forward to helping our Soul community normalize healthy eating habits and hit their goals!
